The exchange and return policy is governed by the executive regulations of the Law on Consumer Protection, and it includes the following terms and conditions:

1-To be eligible for a product replacement, return, or warranty service, the customer must provide the original invoice.

2-Customers have the right to exchange or return a product and receive a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

3-The merchandise being returned must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, suitable for resale, and must be placed in its original packaging along with all accessories.

4-Customers must confirm that the product has not been used in any way.

5-The product's category must be included in the list of items eligible for returns or refunds.

6-Goods with the purchase must be returned in an airtight package and include all accessories.

7-Products can be returned in the case of defects or malfunctions or if they do not meet the approved specifications in the State of Kuwait.

8-If replacement is not feasible, the product will be refunded, and the seller must reimburse the customer according to the value indicated on the sales invoice, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

9-Customers have the right to exchange or return items even if they were purchased during discount periods authorized by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, as long as the conditions outlined in this law are met.

There are certain situations where consumers cannot return or exchange goods:

a. If the consumer was aware of a pre-existing defect in the product at the time of purchase, as noted in the invoice or if it was the last item available in the store.
b. If the product's specifications or packaging prevent its return or replacement, causing damage or making it impossible to restore it to its original purchase condition, thereby hindering resale.
c. If the customer misuses, damages, or incorrectly installs the product.
d. If the product cannot be reinstalled, or if it is missing accessories or components, whether or not it is in its original packaging, provided that it should be in the same condition as when purchased.
